Refund & Cancellation

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of registration if the workshop has not yet commenced (before 27 Jun 2026 · 10:00 IST). After the workshop begins, no refunds will be issued.

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

• Send an email to research@capitalcode.net with subject "Refund Request"
• Include your order confirmation or transaction details
• Provide your registered email address and name
• We will process refunds within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, though your bank may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The refund request is made after 7 days from registration
• The request is made after the workshop has commenced
• The participant fails to attend the workshop (no-show)
• The refund is requested due to change of mind about attending
• Payment was made using fraudulent or unauthorized methods

If we cancel the workshop for any reason before the scheduled date, all registered participants will receive a full refund automatically. In such cases, we will notify you immediately via email.

This workshop is scheduled for 27 Jun 2026 and will not be rescheduled. If you cannot attend, you should request a refund within 7 days of registration rather than attempting to use it in a future cohort, as no future cohorts are planned.

If you have exceptional circumstances preventing your attendance (medical emergency, bereavement, etc.), contact us at research@capitalcode.net within 7 days with documentation. We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
